Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship within India only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will have a small shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Processing takes 1–2 business days.

Which courier service do you use?

We ship using Delhivery, a trusted partner for safe and reliable service across India.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send your tracking link via SMS and email, and you can also check your order status on our Tracking Page.

Payment Related

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay.

Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

Yes, but COD orders require phone verification before they’re shipped.

Are there any extra charges for COD?

Nope! We don’t charge extra for COD — it’s completely free.

Return and Refund

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, but returns are only accepted in the case of damaged items or error items. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a clear and unedited unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened. This video is required for return approval. Returns requested without proper video proof or for reasons other than damage will not be accepted. If you believe you’ve received a damaged item or error items, please contact our customer support team at Contact within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How are refunds processed and how long do they take?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or bank account for COD orders, within 8 to 15 business days after we receive and approve the return.
