Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for all return requests.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at vivouraofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8087066548 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge any return/restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at vivouraofficial@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We currently accept returns on all our products. However, we may decline return requests in the following cases:

  • The item shows signs of use or wear.

  • The unboxing video is missing or edited.

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, you can return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or to a bank account if the order was paid via Cash on Delivery.

  • Refunds are completed within 8 to 15 business days after approval.
